Live A Live Finale: Character Start & Special
For the Live A Live finale, you will have to pick a main protagonist. If you pick the knight it will lead to an entirely separate scenario which gives the option of either a "bad" end or a "sad" end. Choosing any of the others will lead to the same scenario, though each one will appear in a different spot and you will have to track down the others to have them join you. You can only have 4 people with you at any given time, and the characters you didn't pick will be found in the spot where you would have started if you picked them.
Before your character appears in the medieval age, you will have to go wade through a large void of blackness and distorted scenes from some of the regular chapters. All you have to do to make it through is keep going south. You will eventually stop moving, but just keep holding the down direction and after a second the character will start moving again. You will find a staircase, so go up and you will appear in the endgame world.
One other thing about the final scenario is that there is an optional dungeon for each of the seven characters, within which is their most powerful weapon. Often there is other treasure as well, but not always. I will post two pictures for each character - one of their starting position, one of the entrance to their bonus dungeon.
"It's time... You, who gained the illusion of love..."
Caveman
Location: Naorigura Patch
Benefits: High health, equipment, early access to naorigura
Drawbacks: Unreliable ultimate attack, no dialogue
Instinct Dungeon
Theoretically, you could make it through here without seeking any party members, as all the enemy encounters are tailored to fit your party's level. It's certainly one of the easier dungeons, but just to be safe it's probably better that you bring someone with you. I will detail more of how to find it and what's inside in the bonus dungeon section.
"It's time... You, who gained motivation... To the ones who still embrace their delusions of humanity... I invite you... to learn the truth..."
Kung Fu Inheritor
Location: Hash's Fake Grave
Benefits: Stats will differ based on which one you picked, but generally they will at least be well equipped
Drawbacks: Again, depends on the character
Technique Dungeon
This dungeon is a bit of a hassle. Your way through will be blocked by rocks which can only be broken by a certain skill, and behind each rock will be the same mini-boss who isn't exactly a treat to deal with. Once you've obtained the weapon though he will no longer appear so you can just collect all the treasure after. I will go over the finer details in the bonus dungeon section.
"It's time... You, who seek to shape the path of history..."
Ninja
Location: Forbidden Land Sign
Benefits: Double running speed, good ranged and area techniques, decent equipment
Drawbacks: Techniques have long charge times, low hp
Key Dungeon
A fairly tedious endeavor, you can only proceed in here by obtaining Rusty Keys from a certain random encounter, who aren't even guaranteed to drop the item. It is definitely not a good idea to try to tackle this alone, if nothing else just because it will take forever.
"It's time... You, who gained the heart of a human being..."
Robot
Location: Castle Balcony
Benefits: Area healing, high IQ
Drawbacks: No starting equipment, poor technique variety, never levels up
*Note: If the robot is not your main party member, you will need an item to recruit him, found as a sparkling point on Hero Mountain
"It's time... You, who gained bravery from anger..."

Intelligence Dungeon
This dungeon has no random encounters and no boss battle. As soon as you have the robot in your party it can be entered and completed. However it has no other treasure besides the weapon, so your robot will still be almost entirely defenseless.
"It's time... You, who gained fame as a hero..."
Cowboy
Location: Hash's Cabin
Benefits: Long range, instant techniques
Drawbacks: Techniques somewhat unreliable, low hp, poor variety
Time Dungeon
This dungeon is somewhat annoying to track down. As you walk by the southern line of trees between Uranus' house and the Forbidden Land you will see a horse running around among the trees. You will have to follow it, weaving through the forest until you come to the well-hidden entrance of the dungeon.
"It's time... You, who gained the title of the world's strongest fighter..."
Wrestler
Location: Castle Dungeon
Benefits: Very high hp, close to many items
Disadvantages: Low level, no starting equipment
Strength Dungeon
You have to fight a tough boss battle to access this dungeon, your chances of doing so with only the wrestler are about 0. It even has an attack that can turn you to stone. Once inside you won't have any random battles until after you pick up the weapon, but you won't be able to open any of the treasure chests until then either.
Mecha Pilot
Location: Familia Village
Benefits: High IQ, ranged & area attacks
Drawbacks: "Run" command replaced with "Teleport", low damage output
Mind Dungeon
You may very well come across this dungeon by accident as I did. You get plopped in here with no warning at some point by using the "Teleport" command over and over. Again, this dungeon is full of random encounters and even though they will be fixed to suit your party's level it will be rather tedious to try to get through it alone.
