Tilapia Bashing

I did a solo trip to EAK recently. Grabbed my rod with the tacklebox and headed to my all time favourite fishing spot. This round it would be just easy fishing as I wasn't feeling too well, got hit by fever and flu due to the rainy season erratic weather. I thought some outdoors and fresh air would help clear the throat.

I just love the soothing, calm and relaxing atmosphere at EAK.

No fancy baits this time, just plain simple groundbait.

Time for the Shimano Sienna 2500RD and Pro-Tec IM7 spinning rod to get some action.

While waiting for a bite, a dragonfly decided to greet me. 

Here it comes! Chew on this you mutant cichlids!

First catch of the day. The Umbrella floating rig does it again!

Second catch of the day. What a beautiful specimen. By the way, EAK fishing is strictly CnR. Please refrain from stealing any fishes there as the operator seldom restock fishes.
