Groups Appealing Mariner East 2 Pipeline Permits File Reconsideration Of Supercedeas Decision
Late Friday, attorneys for the groups appealing the Mariner East 2 Pipeline permits filed a motion to have the Environmental Hearing Board judge reconsider his denial of the supercedeas based on new information on construction activity they said Sunoco did not present to the EHB. The deadline for a response from Sunoco and DEP is 5:00 p.m. February 21.
