EQB Proposes Stream Resignations For Class A Wild Trout Waters In 26 Counties
The Environmental Quality Board published notice in the March 5 PA Bulletin of proposed water quality designation changes and corrections for dozens of Class A Wild Trout Waters in 26 counties for public comment.
The stream redesignation list of was adopted by the EQB in November 2015.
The counties include Berks, Blair, Bradford, Bucks, Carbon, Centre, Clinton, Columbia, Cumberland, Forest, Franklin, Huntingdon, Indiana, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Northampton, Monroe, Schuylkill, Somerset, Susquehanna, Tioga, Venango, Wayne, Westmoreland and Wyoming.
Comment are due on the proposed changes by April 11. DEP’s eComment webpage may be used to submit comments.
