Nov. 17 EQB Meeting Features 2 Controversial Regulations
The agenda for the November 17 Environmental Quality Board meeting includes two controversial regulations: a final rule setting Reasonable Available Control Technology Requirements for major sources of NOx and VOCs and proposed changes to the disinfection requirements for public water supplies.
Also on the agenda is another proposed regulation making Class A Wild Trout Waters designations.
The meeting will be held in Room 105 Rachel Carson Building start at 9:00.
