House Environmental Committee Adds Conventional Well Bill To June 25 Agenda
The House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee late Monday, the Committee added House Bill 2350 (Causer-R-Cameron) setting different environmental and operational standards for conventional oil and gas wells to the agenda-- sponsor summary.
The Pennsylvania Environmental Council is opposed to this bill and identical legislation in the Senate. Click Here for more details.
The meeting will be held in Room G-50 of the Irvis Building starting at 9:00.
Rep. Ron Miller (R-York) serves as Majority Chair and Rep. Greg Vitali (D-Delaware) serves as Minority Chair.
