A unification is required where we do not look at ourselves as one group or another group when addressing affairs that has impact on We the People, as a nation. We should all be Americans first, before state citizens, ethnic or racial groups, religious or non-religious beliefs, or even gender.

Is it not sad and ironic that the states that comprise New England, the original thirteen states, are the ones most oppressive and against constitutional law where out nation was created and the Founders framed the US Constitution and its amendments?
