DEP Wyoming County Chapter 78 Drilling Reg Hearing Rescheduled For Jan. 27
Today's Environmental Quality Board hearing in Tunkhannock, Wyoming County on Chapter 78 Oil and Gas Regulation changes required by Act 13 has been rescheduled for January 27 due to weather conditions.
The hearing will be held in the Tunkhannock High School Auditorium, 135 Tiger Drive, Tunkhannock starting at 6:00 p.m. (formal notice-PA Bulletin, page 7377)
